Military History of New England
New England's military history spans three centuries, beginning with the establishment of Port Macquarie in 1821. As a part of Australia, New Englander's fought and died for the British Empire, as well as many regional conflicts alongside the United States in Vietnam and Iraq.
With independence, New England has pursued a different path since 2012, asserting her sovereignty and in doing so, fighting a brief and bloody war with Australia in 2032. In the meantime New England was earned the right to be considered a respected military power in the Pacific.
