The Royal Proclamation Act was an act passed by Witan upon the death of King Michael in 2036. The act named the late king's eldest son James as the new king and set about listing the order of succession and the privy budget of the new king and his family.
The act was the first of it's kind tpo be ever passed in New England, as there had not been a change of reign since the independence of New England in 2012.
