His Highness Prince Simon (Simon Alistair Chamberlain-Williams) (9 January 2025 - ) is a member of the royal family and is the husband of HRH Crown Prince Alexander, Duke of Duval. The Prince is considered an expert in the field of computer data recovery, and was well known internationally in this field before his marriage to the Duke of Duval.
Upon his betrothal to the Duke of Duval, he has been known as Prince Simon Chamberlain-Williams
Early Life
The Prince was born in Hamilton, New Zealand on the 9 January 2025. He was the eldest for four children and has two sisters and a brother. The prince's father, John was an accountant of some prominence in the town of Cambridge which is located on the North Island of New Zealand.
Simon Chamberlain was schooled at Cambridge State School from 2031-2037. In 2038 he was sent to Mt. Albert Grammar School in Auckland where he excelled at English, Geography and History.
Upon completing school, the future prince was accepted to study Librarianship at the University of Auckland. He completed his studies with honours in 2048.
Career
Upon completing study, the Prince was employed as an Archive Assistant with Wellington City Council. The lord was quickly renowned as an expert in the tricky field of pre-2010 computer data recovery and was soon promoted to the head of the Computer Archive Registry in Wellington.
After his marriage, the Prince has become known as the chief IT Aide to the King, in which he continues to serve with the aid of the royal family's IT support staff. Since coming to New England, the Prince has predominately worked with charities to increase the IT usage and literacy of disadvantaged children, especially the descendents of war orphans.
Patronage
Today, Prince Simon is patron of the New England Society of Archivists and the Information Technology Trust, which aims to increase the IT usage and literacy of the disadvantaged. The Prince is also President of the New Zealand Association.
