The Ministry of Utility Services or MoUS is the Executive Ministry of New England responsible for the generation of New England's water and energy needs. The ministry manages all of New England's power stations, water reservoirs and pipelines. It also manages the importation of gas and petroleum into the country and sets the limits on how much fossil fuel can be imported every year.
Another one of the smaller executive ministries, the MoUS has about 2,500 staff and based in Utilities House which is located at Tilbuster in the northern suburbs of Armidale. The MoUS is one of the newer ministries, and was created in 2030 along with the Ministry of Trade and Industry out of the former Ministry of Industry and Resources. The current Minister of Utility Services is Myfanwy Parker.
