Executive Office of the First Minister
The Executive Office of the First Minister or EOFM is the central political office of the First Minister of New England. The office consists of the immediate staff of advisors and advocates to the First Minister, as well as multiple levels of support staff assisting these top advisors. The EOFM consists of the political and administrative staff hired solely at the discretion of the First Minister and payed for by the Parliament. Consisting of about 100 staff, the EOFM is based in SH Smith House in Armidale. The office is led by the Chief Advocate to the First Minister, who is assisted by a number of Advocates and Assitant Advocates.
