Raleighshire is a predominately rural county in the east of New England, just south of the urban county of Fitzroyshire. The county occupies the former shires of Bellingen and Nambucca. These counties were amalgamated on 1st January 2016 to create Raleighshire.

Area & Population

Raleighshire is made up of the Districts of Bowraville, Serpentine, Upper Bellinger,and Urunga, and the Towns of Bellingen, Dorrigo, Macksville and Nambucca Heads.

In terms of population county is not large, and of 2050 the county had just under 75,000 residents.
