Fitzroyshire is a major county, located 170 kilometres east of Armidale. The county occupies a thin strip of land along the coast in and around the major city of Coffs Harbour. Fitzroyshire is a foundation county and was established in 2012.

Area & Population

Fitzroyshire is the third largest county by population, with just over 203,000 residents. It is also the location of Coffs Harbour, which is the fifth largest city in New England and is the county town of the county.

By area, Fitzroyshire is easily the smallest county, and has just two subdivisions which the cities of Coffs Harbour and Woolgoolga.
