Watson's (properly named Watson's Buscuits PLC) is the largest manufactueur of buscuits and cakes in New England. Established ion 2010 and based in Inverell, Watson's employs about 2,600 staff across the country.
The company began as a side-industry for wheat famers at the height of the Civil War, and has grown today to become one of New England's major corporate entities.

Products
Watson's produces a large range of buscuits, cakes and snack foods. Some are locally made and sold, while others are made by licence from overseas. The most popular of these are:

Facilities
Most of Watson's products are produced from the company's main factory in Inverell. In addition to this facility, there are also a number of other smaller factories which produce many of the boutique lines for the company:

- Inverell Processing Centre (main factory of Waton's)
