Royal New England Ambulance Service

Logo of the Royal New England Accident & Emergency Service The Royal New England Ambulance Service or A&E is the national ambulance service of New England. The service was established in 2012 and is responsible for the transport of sick and injured people to the hospital system. Executive responsibility for the Accident & Emergency Service rests with the Minister of Home Affairs, currently filled by The Hon. Peter Edgeworth

By law, all motorists must give way to an A&E vehicle if it has it lights and/or sirens active. All A&E drivers are specily trained and can move along a road in any way that allows them to move to the scene of an accident or emegency in the shortest possible time.
