The Bishopric of Armidale is the office of the spiritual leader and senior clergyman of the Unitarian Church of New England. The present incumbent is the Most Rev. and Rt. Hon. Dr. Michael Thomas.
Appointed by the General Assembly to serve a four year term, the Bishop is also one of the Deans of the National Cathedral. The Bishop is granted a home to live in whilst head of the church, known as Bishopscourt. A Bishop of the UCNE may be addressed as Your Grace, and carries the style of Right Reverend. Since 2045, the Bishop of Armidale has been Michael Thomas.
